Ho Ho Ho, this estate features an enormous collection of Department 56 Dicken’s Christmas Villages, all packaged in their original boxes! There are over five hundred pieces dating back to the 1980s plus bags of snow, Xmas trees, and accessories to make your holiday merry. Let’s not neglect other holidays, we have an enormous collection of Easter and Halloween decorations too.
Furniture finds include a mid-century Tuohy oak executive desk with a matching cabinet and shelving wall unit in an ebony finish. We are all working from home, so why indulge in the best? There is a pair of Copenhagen leather and wood sling back arm chairs, a sideboard, a dinette set and a Copenhagen Zen queen bed for the guest room. Put a flat screen TV in your guest room too because we have several to choose from. Now let’s give a nod to Mid-Century Modern. In addition to the Tuohy desk set there is a wonderful oak pedestal dining table, a funky orange Termotex Danish elliptical mirror, and several dimensional cut out works by Greg Copeland that will make you look twice.

The sale features an exceptional Plains beadwork vest, and a fun collection of custom made jewelry. Check out the clothing in the casita where you will find many designer labels. The star attractions are a full-length Saga mink coat and a gorgeous Saga white arctic fox jacket. Both are in pristine condition. We also have a have wonderful Austrian Loden wool full length sweater that’s perfect for chilly days. Coach handbags rock! There is also a limited but choice selection of menswear. We have a dark gray wool topcoat from Saks Fifth Avenue, men’s size 12 Ferragamo suede shoes, and two tuxedos – one in black and one in white.
The kitchen has Fiesta ware china, crystal, pots, pans, a gourmet collection of baking tins and the usual assortment of kitchenalia.
There are garden plants, garden supplies, plenty o’ patio furniture, a portable garden cart on wheels that will make gardening a breeze! There’s garden art and collectibles include Talavera pottery, metal wall hangings, sculpture, and some cheerful gnomes to make you smile. In short, we are here to delight the eye and please the senses.
The driveway is long and narrow, but fear not! Park on the street and we will have a shuttle that will take you up to the door. We invite you to social distance, try out the patio furniture, and admire the water feature.
